My agent Allen Sarafyan NEVER returned my calls regarding continued rate increases so I transferred the policy to Rita Hagopian that never contacted me either until I requested to change coverage. At first the edits were accepted by Jade Magana but then I received a call that I wasn't allowed to make the changes followed by another email apologizing for accepting my request. It seems like State Farm is only interested in taking your money, stay away from this poorly ran company👎."
